Deep tissue massage
This involves trigger point therapy, cross fiber friction, deep direct pressure and stretching. One person's deep tissue is another person's light pressure, so please talk with your therapist beforehand. Once he/she understands your body, you'll be able to get maximum satisfaction from this massage.

In case the pregnancy is considered low risk with no complications, pregnancy massage is safe once past the first trimester. Otherwise, a doctor’s note is required. We provide pregnancy pillows and also perform massage with you choosing to lie at any position. We recommend pregnancy massage to go on for at least 60 minutes ideally.

Fascia is a thin, tough, elastic type of connective tissue that wraps most structures within the human body, including muscles. So, this massage is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. This is a massage therapy from Thailand, which is influenced by the traditional systems of India, China, and Southeast Asia, as well as yoga.
The client remains closed, lies on a mat, and is put into different yoga positions. The therapist helps provide passive range of motion section stretching, and also increases pressure to the extremities often by stepping/walking on them. We need a 24 hour notice to prepare the room for this therapy.
$75 for a 60 min Thai massage
This is often called a 'chiropractor in a bottle'. We use high-grade Young living essential oils. We recommend that you do not shower 24 hours after the treatment. Prior your session, it would be ideal if you participate in a high carb, low-fat diet with lots of water at least 36 hours prior to your session. This helps in reducing nausea they can sometimes be experience from this therapy. A series of essential oils are applied to the spine along with warm hot towels.

Hot stone massage
We recommend a 90 minute hot stone massage. This is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other body parts. The heat can be deeply relaxing and can warm up tight muscles.

It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet, hands and ears, with the premise that such work affects a physical change to the body. Craniosacral therapy (CST), or cranial-sacral therapy
Craniosacral therapy is loosely based on osteopathy in the cranial field (OCF), and was developed by John Upledger, D.O. in the 1970s. It is a form of therapy focused primarily on "primary respiration" and regulating the flow of cerebrospinal fluid by using touch to manipulate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium. To do this, a practitioner will apply light touches to a patient's skull, face, spine and pelvis.

Our couples massage room opens where you and your partner are head to head. You each have your own licensed massage therapist. We can also add hot stones essential oils or hot towels for an additional cost. This service cannot be booked online, because we only have one couples massage room. Please call to book your massage.

This is a 75 minute session where we allow for a full body massage +15 minutes of focus work. This is the perfect session for those of you who feel like an hour just isn't quite enough to get your goals accomplished. This massage is also a good idea for a fancy gift.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, it is administered by "laying on hands". The concept is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Mu-xing Therapy (Bamboo Therapy)
Mu-xing Therapy is using heated bamboo and rosewood to heat the muscles for a different approach to deep tissue massage. By using this technique the therapist is able to work deeper into the muscle without causing the client discomfort, it is often called a "sneaky deep" approach to deep tissue massage. This Chinese based therapy is a combination of a therapeutic approach as well as being relaxing.

This barefoot massage technique is a specialty service with many benefits such as improving posture and range of motion, and reducing or eliminating chronic muscle pain.
Gravity allows our therapist to deliver up to 3× deeper pressure than with traditional hands-on treatments. The broad surface of the foot as a massage tool provides consistent pressure and contours nicely to the body.
Bars are used over the table by the therapist for balance and client safety.
